Quality control and delivery reliability
Quality drives production
For Lenova, quality isn’t a separate step at the end of the production process. It’s an ongoing part of the work, from the first component to the finished product.
We have a dedicated measurement room and incorporate ongoing checks as an active part of our manufacturing process. Measurement is used not only to verify results, but also to adjust the process as it proceeds. This allows us to detect deviations early on and fine-tune production before problems arise.

How we work in production
Active measurement in production
Inspections are conducted on an ongoing basis and used to provide feedback for the manufacturing process. The results of these measurements form the basis for adjustments to the process, ensuring consistent and predictable quality over time.
This approach reduces variation between batches and ensures that the quality of the details remains consistent with every delivery.
Prevention rather than correction
By taking a proactive approach, we avoid unnecessary rework and production stoppages. Our focus is on identifying potential risks and making adjustments before they affect the final result.
It saves time for both us and the customer and helps ensure a more reliable supply chain.
Consistent quality over time
Lenova produces approximately 300,000 parts per year. Through structured processes and rigorous quality control, we ensure consistent, high quality in every delivery. Our working methods are designed to minimize deviations, even in projects with demanding requirements and extensive inspections.
Our on-time delivery rate is around 95 percent and is based on clear processes, documentation, and a management system compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which we apply in our daily operations.
